Making networks, systems, and SaaS platforms just work — and helping others do the same. I love figuring out how things work — especially networks, systems, and SaaS platforms. As a Technical Support Engineer, I spend my days helping people solve tricky technical problems across Linux, Windows, macOS, and cloud environments. My goal is always the same: make technology simpler, faster, and less frustrating for the people using it. Outside of work, I’m a tinkerer at heart. My homelab is where I experiment with networking, VPNs, and cloud infrastructure — testing setups, breaking things on purpose, and figuring out how to fix them. I thrive at the intersection of curiosity, problem-solving, and clear communication, and I love turning complex challenges into solutions that just… work.
